Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Individual Therapy
I work closely with individuals to explore and understand personal inner dynamics by examining their unique experiences.
Couples Therapy
My specialized skills in Couples Counseling are designed not only to help my patients establish a healthy couple relationship.
Family Therapy
When treating individuals, couples and families in therapy, I use what is known as the “family systems theory”.

Finding Answers to Healthier Living
My focus, expertise and specialization is in the dysfunctional interpersonal relationships of individuals, among couples and within families, including parent/child involvement and sibling interaction. My work helps explore the familial patterns, inhibitions and legacies that contribute to impaired functioning, building insights that encourage change. This change will, generally, create adjustments that reverberate within the entire family, work or relationship system. Many who require direction in their lives, or have experienced failed or unfulfilling relationships – yet yearn for a gratifying one – continue to find tremendous success through their work with me. Couples desiring enhanced communication, a deepening of intimacy or, conversely, need help in preparing for separation or adjusting to divorce also learn to recreate a perspective on life based on a deeper understanding of their true motivation.
All tell me they “find my warmth and empathy” a significant contributing force in their healing process.
Relationship Challenges & Life Transitions
Life brings changes, challenges, and transitions that can affect the way we feel about ourselves and our relationships.
You may be struggling with a major life change, feeling disconnected from the people around you, questioning the direction your life is taking, or finding yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you.
Therapy provides a place to slow down, gain perspective, and better understand yourself, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you.
Together, we can explore what is happening, identify what you would like to change, and work toward creating a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and fulfilling.
